Varsha Sambare, MD
Dr. Sambare completed her Family Practice Residency in 2003. Since then, she has worked as a primary care physician with the passion of serving patients with comprehensive primary care. She is always looking at the patient as a whole with combined care of trusted old-fashioned methods with the integration newer technology.
Dr. Sambare maintains a strong interest in clinical process improvement to provide high quality care, having overseen the clinic's transition to becoming a level 3 PCMH.
She also has a background of postgraduate studies in anesthesiology.
Datta Sambare, MD

Dr. Sambare has completed his medical degree from Osmania Medical School, a government medical school in Hyderabad, India. In 1994, he migrated to the United States and has been in practice since completing his residency in 1995. Dr. Sambare has gathered experience in diagnosis and management of internal organ diseases. He is very sensitive to elderly medical care and has developed personal interests in multi-systemic diseases such as Diabetes and Obesity.

Is my insurance acceptable?
We accept major PPOs and HMOs, along with Medicare and Medicaid. For more information, please contact our office. Our team is happy to answer you questions.
How can I pay my bill?
We accept payments by cash and major credit cards, but do not accept personal checks. We understand the financial challenges of healthcare and are willing to work with our patients in crafting installment-based payment plans.
What if I have health problems after hours?
If you have emergency then you are required to call 911 and seek medical help at nearest medical center. For problem of non urgent nature we have 24/7 answering service through which you can reach our doctors after hours.
What if I need help on bill payments and co-payments?

Where is your office located?
Our new office is conveniently located off less than a mile off the South Weber Road Exit on Interstate 55 heading south.
